In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. Did you hear of the Overwhelming Event?
2. Some faces on that day will be humbled.
3. Laboring and exhausted.
4. Exposed to a fiercely blazing fire.
5. Made to drink from a flaming spring.
6. Their only food will be bitter thorns.
7. Which neither nourishes nor satisfies hunger.
8. Other faces on that day will be joyful.
9. Satisfied with their endeavors.
10. In a high and lofty paradise.
11. In it, you will hear no nonsense.
12. Within it, a spring will flow.
13. Therein, are raised couches.
14. With cups set at hand.
15. And cushions lined up.
16. And carpets spread out.
17. Don’t they look at the camels, and how they were created?
18. And the sky, how it is raised?
19. And the mountains, how they are anchored?
20. And the earth, how it is spread out?
21. So remind, for you are simply a reminder.
22. You are not a controller over them.
23. Yet whoever turns away and disbelieves.
24. God will punish him with the greatest punishment.
25. To Us is their return.
26. Then, upon Us is their judgment.
